What a Director, Learning Partner does at Visa You will focus on executing the Tech Learning Strategy driven by the Senior Director of Tech Learning. This will include solutions to develop knowledge & skills and influence behavior and growth for global technical employees. The solutions will span technical domains, including Traditional AI, GenAI, Data Science & Engineering, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering and Cloud development among others. Your learning solutions will increase product velocity, engineering efficiency, and accelerate Visa's expanding advisory services strategies. You will work closely with the tech domain & site learning directors, Tech go-to-market and delivery/execution teams, plus Talent Management partners and subject matter experts (SME) assigned by senior tech leadership to execute on the Sr Director's Tech Learning strategy. Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 153,600.00 to 222,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
