Job Description: Ryan Companies is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to support regional marketing strategies for our leading commercial real estate, development, and construction firm. This role will work with the regional and national marketing teams to execute and implement the marketing and business development strategies in our Austin or Dallas, TX office. Some things you can expect to do:
- Partner with regional marketing and business development team members to organize, attend, and execute strategies related to industry and client events.
- Lead the planning and execution for all regional events, including hosting and providing entertainment for Ryan's clients, key partners, and employees.
- Manage property marketing efforts related to regional construction/development projects including but not limited to: site signage/fence wrap needs, groundbreakings, grand openings, topping out events, photography/videography, and public relations.
- Collaborate with Ryan team members to develop proposals and prepare for interviews, ensuring they meet client requirements and deadlines.
- Lead regional social media strategies and monitor industry trends to maximize communication efforts and ensure Ryan's competitive advantage.
- Coordinate with national marketing and public relations team members to generate regional exposure in industry publications and social media channels.
- Manage regional events calendar to encourage business development efforts and participation in industry events, social media posts, award submissions, and speaking engagements.
- Lead regional CRM oversight & maintenance for accuracy of project information, data tracking, and analysis.
- Assist with external communications of key messages that will grow business development efforts and build brand awareness within the region.
- Write, create, and manage regional project summary sheets and bios to be used for client requested deliverables.
- Other duties as assigned
- Occasional travel may be required (less than 10% of time)
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or related field
- 5+ years experience in marketing or related field
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of database concepts (such as CRM systems and their uses)
- Must be able to create, work and deliver within a defined, often short, schedule
- Work successfully in a fast-paced team environment
- Must be able to hold others accountable for their contributions to top quality products and proposals
- Demonstrated experience in commercial real estate development and/or construction pursuits or high-end professional services
- Intermediate graphic design skills
- Excellent organizational and event planning skills
- Proven business and proposal writing skills and editing abilities
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
