Job Title: Operations Processor 1 Experience Level: Entry Level Location: Likely in-person (group interview format) Key Responsibilities: * Perform routine operational support tasks. * Seek ways to improve individual work processes within existing procedures. * Interact with client personnel to provide basic information. * Escalate questions/issues to supervisors as needed. * Work under regular supervision. Required Qualifications: * 6 months of operations support experience, or equivalent experience through: * Work or consulting * Training * Military service * Education Additional Notes: * The role is operations-focused. * The team values dedication over specific qualifications. * Group interviews will be conducted in person. * Prior operations support experience is a plus, but not mandatory. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
