Desktop Support Technician We're looking for a dependable and tech-savvy Desktop Support Technician to join our team in an onsite capacity. This role involves providing direct support to end users, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operation of desktop systems in a Windows environment. If you're passionate about problem-solving and enjoy helping others, this could be a great fit. What You'll Do * Set up, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and related equipment * Diagnose and resolve technical issues involving operating systems, applications, and hardware * Assist users with account access, email setup, and basic network connectivity * Support device imaging, upgrades, and replacements * Document support actions and escalate when necessary * Deliver responsive and courteous customer service in person and remotely What You Bring * Solid understanding of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) * Familiarity with productivity software and email platforms * Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripheral devices * Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals (e.g., cabling, connectivity) * Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude * Ability to stay organized and focused under pressure Ideal Candidate * Has prior experience in desktop or technical support * Is comfortable working face-to-face with users in a professional setting * Can manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities * Is eager to learn and grow in a hands-on IT role Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
