Genesis10 is currently seeking an Application Programmer with our client in the financial industry located in Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Work closely with Business and System Analyst team to understand the system requirements and translate them into low-level design and implement the application code as per the standard coding pattern and guidelines Unit test the code and package the code for deployment to higher lanes all up to Production environment Responsible to work with quality assurance and product certification teams to provide support and fixes identified during the lifecycle of application testing and certification Requirements: Working knowledge and experience of Microsoft.Net Framework 4.0 or higher with proficiency in .Net Core, C#, and WCF services Strong understanding of the structure and logic of Object-Oriented programming Expertise in web technologies including ASP.Net, .Net MVC, client-side technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap Experience on WebApi Working knowledge on HandleBar/ AngularJS/ React, JavaScript, jQuery, client-side technologies Strong analytical and problem solving skills Knowledge of Oracle and T-SQL Excellent written/verbal communication skills Self-motivated and demonstrates a willingness to accept additional responsibilities and projects Desired skills: Experience in Core Java, developing J2EE Applications involving JSP and Servlets Experience with IDE like Eclipse or NetBeans or IntelliJ App Server experience in deploying J2EE applications using WebSphere or Tomcat or Apache Pay range: $55.06 - $63.06 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
