Your Team, Your Impact

Marvell Semiconductor is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Cybersecurity Architect to bring enterprise security strategy, solution/platform architecture definition, and security architecture review experience across various environment types (on-prem, cloud, data center, lab) and security domains to our Enterprise Security Architecture (ESA) team. ESA plays a critical role in ensuring the security posture of Marvell's infrastructure today and into the future, offering an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic company with cutting-edge technologies in a global, collaborative environment.

What You Can Expect

  • Design and implement robust cybersecurity strategies and architecture processes tailored to Marvell's business strategy, technical platforms, and IT systems.
  • Define and maintain security architecture baselines, reusable design patterns, and reference blueprints to promote secure-by-default principles across enterprise platforms.
  • Develop and publish integration playbooks and technical guidance to operationalize documented security controls across enterprise.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into architectures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance and expertise on best practices for securing cloud environments, including identity and access management, data security, endpoint security, and network security.
  • Partner with GRC function to review security audits and assessments to monitor the effectiveness of existing security measures and identify areas for improvement.
  • Partner with organizational peer groups to support vendor risk assessments and third-party cyber risk management efforts
  • Influence the strategies and solution plans being developed in business and IT teams.
  • Stay abreast of emerging threats and trends in Marvell-relevant vendor-, solution-, cloud-, and AI-security, proactively recommending adjustments to security protocols and practices.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSK, or CCSP are highly desirable.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity architecture.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise security solutions across on-prem, datacenter, and cloud environments; preferably in a semiconductor or technology company.
  • Experience in evaluating, integrating, and maturing enterprise security solutions across security domains and environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry standards and frameworks related to cloud security, such as ISO 27001, CSA CCM, or NIST.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and driving security initiatives to completion.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

153,530 - 230,000, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
