Your Team, Your Impact Marvell Central Engineering (CE) develops Marvell most advanced High-Speed SerDes (HSS) IPs covering multiple applications, Switch, Automotive, Storage, Optics, etc. Acting as the engine to the company, Central Engineering provides the source of power to every business unit in Marvell system. Central System Engineering (CSE) in Central Engineering, independent of other CE functions including DSP algorithm development, circuit design, physical design, packaging, etc., is a function team responsible of validating all Marvell HSS IPs in the lab environment and supporting all Marvell business units for fast and smooth SoC production.What You Can Expect 1. Responsible for chip/system level IP application and support such as High-Speed SerDes, PLL, ADC, power regulator, temperature sensor, etc. 2. Responsible for BU interface/SoC support project management/issue resolution schedule control. 3. Responsible for BU/customer relationship management. 4. Responsible for CE internal project flow/execution optimization and improvement. What We're Looking For 1. Bachelor's degree inComputer Science,Electrical Engineering orrelated fields and 3-5years of relatedprofessional experience. OR Master's degree and/orPhD in ComputerScience, ElectricalEngineering or relatedfields with 2-3 years ofexperience 2. Good fundamental knowledge in analog/digital circuit and data communication system. 3. Working experience or knowledge in any of the following SerDes technologies is preferred - PCI Express, Ethernet, etc. 4. Working experience or knowledge in semiconductor chip lab testing, measurement and application. 5. Must be willing to work in a multi-tasking, fast pace, and team oriented working environment. 6. Good communication skills in English and capable of independent work with less guidance. Expected Base Pay Range (USD) 102,880 - 154,100, $ per annumThe successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
