What You'll Be Doing


  • Lead strategic partnerships with large global OEMs by developing and executing global account plans that deliver measurable business growth.



  • Act as the customer advocate within Danfoss by identifying their needs and collaborating with product management, marketing, and engineering to align on solutions.



  • Build strong, senior-level relationships across customer organizations-from procurement to product development-to ensure long-term alignment and value creation.



  • Drive regional engagement by partnering with sales teams worldwide to manage opportunity pipelines, customer satisfaction, and commercial strategy.



  • Negotiate global agreements and lead pricing strategies to ensure profitable and sustainable business outcomes.



What We're Looking For


  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical/electrical) or business.



  • 7+ years' experience managing global accounts or selling to international OEMs, ideally in a technical environment.



  • Proven success leading global, cross-functional teams and managing complex customer relationships.



  • Strong intercultural communication skills and experience working across different regions.



  • Willingness to travel 25-50% as needed to support global stakeholders and customer sites, includinginternational travel.





Bonus if you bring:




  • An MBA or advanced degree in business or engineering.



  • Experience with Variable Frequency Drives or similar technical product portfolios.



  • Skills in building business cases, growth strategies, and influencing internal stakeholders across a matrix organization.
