Here's what you'd do:

• Reporting to the Service Operations Supervisor, this position provides assistance in performing assigned tasks for fire life safety system services.
• Assists in performing service agreement tasks to include visual and functional testing on fire detection systems and field devices in accordance with all national (NFPA) and local (AHJ) standards.
• Maintains complete and accurate documentation of tests performed using Excel.
• Assists in responding to service calls (emergency and on-site).
• Provide needed assistance with troubleshooting techniques and perform minor repairs as directed.
• Assists in performing minor repairs as directed.

Here's what you'll get:

• Pay rate: $21 - $23/Hour.
• Hours: 40 hours/week 1^st Shift
• Length: Temp to Hire (12 Months)

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of Excel experience in generating reports, knowledge of Microsoft Word.

• Associate Degree in Electronics
• Organizational, and verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of AD/DC circuitry associated with low-voltage systems
• Experience in field service
• Fire Alarm License.

Additional Information:

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.

• Ability to carry up to 25 lbs.
• Able to work overtime hours throughout the week and on weekends
