As a lead experience designer, you can put yourself in the user's place and design the best way for them to engage with the site. We're looking for someone creative like you to oversee the creation of an ultimate user experience. Let's transform the way a user interacts with web applications. In this role, you'll partner with the product manager on your team to understand your clients' vision and their users' needs. Leading an agile team, you'll broaden the scope of your design skills by developing large-scale digital experiences that are as intuitive as they are aesthetically pleasing. You'll lead the full spectrum of the digital creative process, including user research, information architecture, wireframing, rapid prototyping, interface design, and front-end development. Your expertise in user research, information architecture, wireframing, rapid prototyping, interface design, and front-end development will help your team advocate for the prioritizations of design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements, all the while keeping the end-user at the center of your work. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
