The Opportunity:

Are you looking to transform the way a user interacts with web applications? You know that a good site is more than just the code, infrastructure, and a nice-looking interface-it's the way it addresses a user's needs. As a UX strategist, you put yourself in the user's place to understand the best ways they can engage with the site. We're looking for someone creative like you to develop the ultimate user experience.

In this role, you'll guide UX designers and product managers to understand your clients' vision and their users' needs. As the leader of an Agile team, you'll act as a storyteller, translating research into actionable user insights. You'll oversee the full spectrum of the digital creative process, including user research, information architecture, rapid prototyping, interface design, usability testing, and product implementation and development. Your extensive experience with user research, information architecture, rapid prototyping, interface design, usability testing, and product implementation and development will help you advocate for the prioritizations of design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements while keeping the end-user at the center of your work.
