Job Summary:

The Specialist, Promotional Review Committee will ensure compliance with the Company's Promotional Review processes, which include creating meeting agendas, managing meeting logistics, facilitating Promotional Review Committee (PRC) meetings, and ensuring materials are ready for review. PRCs utilize substantial cross-functional resources, and it is important that they are managed to function as a team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:



  • Act as the primary liaison to PRC stakeholders and Brand Leads, supporting relationships with Marketing, agency partners, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Utilizes Veeva PromoMats to perform quality checks on promotional materials, ensuring they align with Brand and Company guidelines.
  • Serve as the Lead during PRC meetings, facilitating the review of materials; annotate changes in Veeva PromoMats.
  • Proof reviewed materials against reviewer comments, ensuring all changes are incorporated before sending for OPDP submission.
  • Deliver training and support to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring adherence to best practices and procedures within the review process.
  • Perform other duties as provided by Manager, Promotional Review Operations.

Knowledge & Other Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1 year of similar experience preferred (any industry).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; accurate and concise oral communication and writing ability.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems, manage processes/workflows, and implement process improvements.
  • Must be able to foster a team environment and collaborate cross functionally at varying levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment/Travel Requirements:



  • Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or carrying objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
  • Occasional travel required.


Compensation:

At Supernus, we offer a competitive compensation package that reflects your experiences and contributions. The expected salary range for fully qualified candidates applying for this role is $80,000 to $95,000. This range is what the Company reasonably expects to offer for the position and is not reflective of the full compensation scale of the role. This range may be modified in the future. An individual's salary within the range is based on multiple factors, which may include and are not limited to education, relevant experience, knowledge, length of industry experience and organizational needs.

Base salary is one part of the overall compensation package, which includes the opportunity to participate in employee stock purchase programs and performance-based bonus programs.
