Materials Handler - WT

The Materials Handler position supports our production operations by managing the movement, organization, and tracking of fabric and other materials. This role plays a key part in ensuring machines are properly supplied and inventory remains accurate. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with physical labor, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

* Lift and transport heavy rolls of fabric safely and efficiently.

* Load fabric onto pallets and sort by machine assignment.

* Scan fabric part numbers and transfer quantities between locations using inventory systems.

* Perform cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.

* Retrieve and deliver materials requested by other departments.

* Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety guidelines.

* Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 50 lbs or more).

* Basic computer skills and experience with inventory scanning systems.

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Prior experience in a warehouse, production, or inventory role is preferred.

* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.

* Ability to operate a cherry picker, forklift, and electric pallet jack.
