Starting Pay:



  • 1st Shift: $20.00/hour
  • 2nd Shift: $21.00/hour (includes $1.00 shift differential)



Shifts Available:



  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday
  • 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM, Monday - Friday



What You'll Do:



  • Assemble hydraulic and electro-mechanical lifts and ramps at various stages, including final assembly
  • Use blueprints, schematics, wiring lists, and written instructions to guide assembly
  • Operate machines and tools, inspect components, and test assembled products to meet quality standards
  • Install and test moving parts like shafts, levers, or bearings for proper function
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and report any production issues
  • Collaborate with engineers to test, troubleshoot, and support continuous improvement



What We're Looking For:



  • High school diploma or GED (technical studies preferred)
  • 1-2 years of mechanical assembly experience or equivalent
  • Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions accurately
  • Comfortable working under general supervision in a fast-paced environment
