Are you a dynamic and experienced leader passionate about youth development and educational excellence? The Collaborative for Educational Services (CES) is looking for an Assistant Director to help lead our After School/OST department. This is an opportunity to play a key role in program strategy, operational effectiveness, and data integrity. If you're a strategic thinker with a knack for fostering high-quality programs and supporting dedicated staff, we want to hear from you!

Key Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage program operations, data systems, and staff development across multiple sites. You should be skilled in overseeing complex administrative systems, including budgeting, and HR processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in collecting, analyzing, and using data to drive program improvements and ensure compliance.
  • Exceptional skills in coaching, training, and supporting staff with diverse experience levels.
  • A strong commitment to equity, inclusion, and social justice, with experience working in diverse communities.
  • Experience with onboarding, training and developing hiring policies and procedures.

This position is hybrid with some in-office meetings and travel to sites across the region required. Evening work may occasionally be required.

This is a full-time, 12-month position based in Northampton, MA, with a salary range of $60,000 to $75,000 annually. CES offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, generous paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
