Role Description and Responsibilities As an Industry Process Consultant in the Business Development HUB, you will lead technical sales, showcase the value of Dassault Systemes solutions, and guide clients through business transformation. You'll focus on creating customer value, aligning with their goals, and using storytelling tailored to each audience.. Key responsibilities:
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field Must work out of the Dassault Systemes Waltham, MA headquarters or San Diego, CA office on a hybrid schedule 3+ years' experience in Sales Engineering, R&D, Application Engineering and/or Client Success Experience with SOLIDWORKS, CATIA, ENOVIA, DELMIA or competitive products Ability to assess customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations Fluency in Spanish is a plus Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $126,000- $170,000 representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
