Role Description and Responsibilities As an Industry Process Consultant within the Business Development HUB, you will lead technical sales activities, present solution value to key stakeholders, and guide clients through transformation to improve their business processes. Your demonstrations will focus upon generating value for the customer, identifying customer goals and using storytelling adapted to the audience. Key responsibilities include: * Driving sales engagement and supporting post-sale success * Ensuring accurate CRM data and coordination across teams * Using the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to manage client and ecosystem interactions Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field Must work out of the Dassault Systemes San Diego, CA office or Waltham, MA headquarters on a hybrid schedule 3+ years' experience in Sales Engineering, R&D, Customer Support and/or Client Success Experience with SOLIDWORKS, CATIA, ENOVIA, DELMIA or competitive products Ability to assess customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations Fluency in Spanish is a plus Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $126,000- $170,000 representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
