Your future role "Take on a new challenge and apply your project management and industrial expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and goal-oriented teammates. You'll drive the successful execution of overhaul projects, ensuring alignment with quality, cost, delivery, and safety standards. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, procurement, subcontractor management), serve as the primary liaison with clients and stakeholders, and oversee project activities like installation and commissioning, and much more." Leading the execution of construction projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and organizational goals. ,
Overseeing and coordinating all project activities including engineering, procurement, subcontractor management, installation, and commissioning. ,
Monitoring daily progress, managing project scope, and ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycle. ,
Defining project strategy and breaking down objectives into actionable tasks across disciplines and subcontractors. ,
Serving as the primary liaison with clients, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and issues are resolved promptly. ,
Ensuring compliance with Quality, Cost, Delivery, Planning (QCDP) metrics and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) standards. ,
Maintaining and managing all formal project correspondence, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and client communications. ,
Collaborating with internal teams to develop detailed work plans, identify critical milestones, allocate resources, and establish target completion dates. ,
Tracking and reporting project performance, identifying risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and managing warranty and closeout documentation. ,
Supporting 24/7 operations on-site as needed."

Experience or understanding of project management in industrial, mechanical, or vehicle maintenance environments. ,

Familiarity with engineering, procurement, installation, and testing processes. ,
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. ,
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage subcontractors effectively. ,
Proficiency in tracking and reporting project performance, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies. ,
Capability to manage formal project correspondence, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders. ,
