Summary The Data Analyst is responsible for the building, analyzing, and reporting on business processes, systems, and organizations to inform decision making processes. This includes the communication, ad hoc development, process change recommendations of said reports, processes, and systems. - Reporting, data gathering, and analytics of all relevant business processes, organizations, and systems.
- Manage and implement the development and execution of reporting for all company analytics including optimization, ongoing monitoring, and additional pertinent data streams.
- Demonstrate end-to-end ownership of reporting output and communication; collaborate with other business organizations in the development and execution of strategy from said reporting.
- Execute regular and ad hoc analytics in search of new and innovative reporting strategies.
- Manage reporting to brand specific customers to increase profitability, visibility, and effectivity of sales, marketing, forecasting, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Provide report metrics in comparison to goals and provide detailed monthly reporting of KPIs, and analyses of testing.
- Prepare, deliver and recommend predictive analysis of various business metrics including sales, supply chain, product, warehousing and inventory.
- Create and maintain high-level interactive dashboards that allow management teams to easily grasp progress and guide strategy.
- Identify growth opportunities within, drive innovative and alternative approaches, leveraging provided tools and strategies to extend reporting initiatives capabilities.
- Own the relationship and be the subject matter expert for all software and processes that support these duties.

Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or three (3) to five (5) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven focus.
- Ability to take initiative and develop existing tools, reports, and KPIs into robust coordinated processes.
- Self-starter who can manage multiple projects. Ability to work in an asymmetrical work environment.
- Advanced level of skill in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong understanding of advanced statistical techniques such as data modeling, predictive, and cluster analysis is essential.
- Process and detail orientated with ability to multi-task.
- Excellent communication and cross functional team experience.
