Are you a friendly and detail-oriented professional who enjoys helping others? We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our client's front desk office!

Schedule: 8am - 4pm, Monday - Friday

Pay: $14.50/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide front desk support by greeting visitors, answering phones, maintaining attendance and visitor logs, and paging clients for transportation. Support staff by tracking office comings and goings, assisting with written correspondence, and preparing for monthly board meetings. Help assemble production components during downtime, manage office supply needs, and assist the Accounting Office as needed.

Qualifications:



  • Experience using a multi-line phone system preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel a plus
  • Must be highly organized and detail oriented
