Position Description:

With guidance from the Sr. Advisor and coordination with the Corporate Citizenship Lead (Program Manager II), the Part-Time Sr. Program Administrator serves as the ATI Charitable Giving Lead and oversees strategic partnerships with primary and secondary non-profits, manages event coordination and volunteer opportunities, and leads the annual charitable giving process for ATI. The Sr. Program Administrator supports the ATI Foundation through employee engagement, communications, program execution, and grant administration, ensuring visibility and alignment across departments. Additionally, the role manages budgets and financial logistics, maintains foundation content and records, and contributes to fundraising and mentorship initiatives, if needed. The expectation of this role would be part-time Monday - Friday, working approximately 15 - 25 hours per week.

Essential Functions:

ATI Charitable Giving Lead
  • Primary Non-Profits support duties:

o Assists in developing a short-list and provides recommendations to ATI Executive Team for new primary nonprofits
o Prepares nonprofit notification letters annually utilizing template
o Assists in cultivation and sustains relationships
o Attends, or coordinates attendance, at nonprofit events we are invited too
o Identifies and supports planning for Volunteer Time Off (VTO) opportunities, coordinates with Teambuilding Activities Group (TAG), Corporate Citizenship Team and ATI Foundation as needed

  • Annual charitable giving survey for Secondary non-profits duties:

o Supports in building and conducting surveys for ATI employees; analyze results
o Screens non-profits per policy
o Prepares briefing with recommendations for the ATI Executive Team
o Prepares annual memo documenting approved secondary non-profits
o Assists in the collection and implementation of feedback for improvements
o Coordinates, as needed, for VTO opportunities that arise

  • Finance responsibilities:

o Assists in the preparation of the annual budget
o Coordinates with ATI Foundation on timing of disbursements and payments
o Coordinates with ATI Accounting on W9 forms as needed

  • Supports maintenance of the charitable giving pages on ATI Wiki
  • Coordinates with Corporate Citizenship Lead, ATI Foundation, Idea Council and TAG

o Support in promoting company engagement
o Ensure alignment for collective efforts
o Support with content for articles and social media to promote our efforts
o Screen nonprofits for TAG VTO opportunities


ATI Foundation Support
  • Supports Employee Engagement in the Foundation

o Acts as internal ambassador for Foundation work with ATI employees
o Coordinates onsite events that spotlight nonprofits in our area
o Processes Community Project Reimbursement requests
o Coordinates VTO opportunities as they arise
o Coordinates with external firm on content for social media posts that spotlight our team members

  • Monitors Foundation mailboxes, ensures prompt responses
  • Assists in maintaining the Foundation website and social media content
  • Monitors and maintains Foundation mailing list
  • Coordinates with nonprofits on Partner Spotlight content
  • Drafts monthly newsletters and other updates
  • Support planning for Foundation Board meetings
  • Maintain GuideStar/Candid Profile
  • Maintain SC Secretary of State Registrations
  • Support with maintenance of the ATI Foundation Wiki page
  • Assists with drafting the ATI Foundation Annual Report
  • Support drafting and maintaining ATI Foundation process documents
  • Support other ATI Foundation managed programs (e.g. HBCU/Tech College Mentorship program)
  • Support fundraising efforts (e.g. contribute to grant proposals the Foundation pursues)
  • Support training and work assignments for any assigned interns
  • Grant Program Support

o Update website with Grant information
o Draft question responses, maintain FAQ
o Process and screen submissions received
o Coordinate evaluation team assignments, including conflict of interest screening and proposal access
o Monitor evaluations and generate reports
o Screen submitters against eligibility requirements
o Prepare and distribute notification letters
o Post award

* Assist in drafting announcements/press releases
* Track deliverables and invoices, coordinate with Accounting on payments
* Review content for stories to promote on website/socials


Additional Responsibilities:
  • Supports the coordination of blood drives and other ATI-hosted events
  • Identifies ATI attendees for sponsorships that include event participation, "seats"
  • Reviews and processes invoices/donations as they arise
  • Monitors and provide suggestions for disaster relief donations for ATI leadership approval
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and four or more years related experience, or two years of observed, proven, directly relevant experience at ATI; Master's Degree and one or more years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and applicable experience.
  • Minimum of two or more years' experience working in a program support role.
  • Exceptional computer skills, including MS Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook; Access, MS Project, and MS Windows environment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing.
  • Demonstrated experience and skill in writing technical reports and articles, editing and formatting documents, and finalizing preparation of presentation materials.
  • Experience working as a member of a team of people engaged in tasks requiring teamwork and adherence to schedules.
  • Ability to travel if needed.

Must be a U.S. citizen by birth or naturalization, or a green card lawful U.S. permanent resident, or a political asylum in the U.S. Individual must meet the definition of a U.S. person upon hire due to the risk assessment of this position.

Must successfully pass a background to access sensitive information and automated systems.

This position is located in an air-conditioned, environmentally controlled atmosphere. Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate and the distraction level in the work environment is often heavy.

Anticipated starting pay rate is in range commensurate with education and experience:
$34.00 an hour
