Job Title: Manager of Production Warehouse Department: Material Planning and Control Reports to: Manager of Warehouse & Logistics Direct Reports: 3 (Supervisors) Location(s): AgustaWestland Philadelphia Corporation __________________________________________________________________________________ 1. Summary of Position: (Brief description of overall responsibilities and function) Reporting to the Warehouse & Logistics Manager, the Production Warehouse Manager is responsible for implementing and executing all AWPC Warehousing activities tied to supporting Production. This position will manage the three main aspects of Production warehousing, to include the Incoming/Receiving, the Production Storage and Issue (to include material kitting) and the FAL warehouse dock area. The Production Warehouse Manager will be responsible for KPI measurement and performance related to all aspects of support to Production aircraft in FAL and Flight Line, putting in place specific recovery actions as needed. This position will be responsible to create specific action plans for people retention, and training. The Production Warehouse Manager will generate, execute and monitor logistics process improvements to increase reliability and "on-time" delivery of materials and segments to P21 Production, helping gain efficiencies for the Shop Floor. The Production Warehouse Manager will work closely with other Operations departments and will report to the Warehouse & Logistics Manager any inputs for required support from Upper Management. The Production Warehouse Manager will also coordinate with Quality Department to optimize the inbound/outbound material inspections.
