  • Estimated annual base pay: $24.04 - 30.05 (midpoint) - 36.06 USD Hourly

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating recruitment activities: The Talent Acquisition Program Coordinator in HR is responsible for coordinating recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.

  • Maintaining recruitment databases: The Talent Acquisition Program Coordinator in HR should maintain recruitment databases, including applicant tracking systems and job boards, to ensure that recruitment activities are efficient and effective.

  • Providing candidate support: The Talent Acquisition Program Coordinator in HR should provide support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including answering questions and providing guidance on next steps.

  • Supporting recruitment events: The Talent Acquisition Program Coordinator in HR should support recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruiting activities, to attract top talent to the organization.

  • Reporting on recruitment activities: The Talent Acquisition Program Coordinator in HR should report on recruitment activities, such as time-to-hire and candidate quality, to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

Key Skills:

  • Recruitment coordination: Strong experience in coordinating recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.

  • Applicant tracking systems: Proficiency in managing recruitment databases, such as applicant tracking systems and job boards, to ensure that recruitment activities are efficient and effective.

  • Candidate support: The ability to provide support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including answering questions and providing guidance on next steps.

  • Event coordination: Experience in coordinating recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruiting activities, to attract top talent to the organization.

  • Reporting and analysis: The ability to report on recruitment activities, such as time-to-hire and candidate quality, to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

  • Communication skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information to candidates, employees, and stakeholders.

  • Customer service: A strong customer service mindset to support candidates and provide resources and support related to recruitment activities.

  • Attention to detail: The ability to ensure accuracy and attention to detail when managing recruitment activities, including documentation and reporting.

  • Organizational skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize them effectively to ensure that recruitment activities are delivered on time and to a high standard.

  • Collaboration: Working closely with HR teams and other stakeholders to coordinate recruitment activities requires strong collaboration skills.
