The Opportunity

This opportunity is open to individuals who have previously worked at TC Energy as student employees and will be completing their bachelor's or master's degree between December 2025 and May 2026. Positions will be based in Houston, TX, Charleston, WV and various field locations, with an expected start date in 2026. TC Energy is building a pool of candidates for potential future roles that offer broad exposure to the company's operations. Selected new graduates will gain hands-on experience, develop core competencies and soft skills, and build meaningful relationships through mentorship and collaboration. This is a chance to launch a rewarding career with a company committed to your professional growth.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field or alternate post-secondary program at a recognized college or university

  • Recent graduate from the class of 2025 or 2026

  • Previous work experience at TC Energy as a student

  • Demonstrate a safety mindset, in a professional and personal setting

  • Exhibit the TC Energy corporate values and incorporate them into work activities and initiatives

  • Strong interpersonal and communicative skills to work efficiently in a collaborative team environment

  • Commitment to building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Ability to accurately analyze information and deal with ambiguity
