CAMPUS SECURITY OFFICER (Cedar Rapids, IA)

We are looking for a 3rd shift Campus Security Officer in Cedar Rapids!

Hours: Wednesday through Sunday 12:00am-8:00am

Pay: $17 an hour.

Job Duties:

• Patrol Campus on foot or patrol car.
• Perform building unlocks and lock ups at scheduled times.
• Deal with non-emergent and emergent issues in a professional manner.
• Report incidents to law enforcement.
• Assist students or staff when needed.

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to pass State of Iowa/FBI background check performed by Iowa Department of Public Safety.
• Must have clean driving history. (MVR check will be performed.)
• Must be able to pass 4-panel drug screen.
• Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time.
• Must be comfortable being exposed to/drive-in, all weather conditions year around.
• Must be able to work overtime if client needs it.
• Must be able to remain calm under high stress situations.
