Per diem position
*Spiritual care is personalized to each individual to meet his/her unique needs. *Collaboration with team members is fostered to meet the holistic health care needs of patients. *Documentation is recorded in the electronic medical record per established guidelines. *Culturally-competency crisis intervention, grief counseling, emotional and spiritual support and guidance are offered to patients, families, and staff. *End-of -life spiritual support and outreach are provided to both patients and team members. *Memorial services (and other bereavement care) are offered for next of kin and affected staff members to remember patients and staff who have died - per facility needs. *Interfaith prayer services are organized for special occasions. Worship services are organized for major holidays of different faith traditions - per facility needs. Qualifications and Experience Education/Degree Required Preferred Experience Required
