Job Description

FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Managed Service Change Analyst Senior Specialists in Jacksonville, FL to ensure smooth implementation and successful release of all reconciliation change projects across all reconciliation classes (i.e. securities, cash, derivatives, nostro, etc.) from extensive automation projects lasting for months to small business-as-usual deliverables completed in a day. Lead the reconciliation project teams with the gathering and analysis of business requirements, designing the solution and developing every reconciliation project using the FIS Intellimatch reconciliation tool (Data Integrity Manager and FIS Cleared Derivatives) and Standard Query Language (SQL) database scripting and management using Microsoft SQL Server Database Management System. Manage technology resources with all issue resolutions until stakeholders sign off the solution and ensure the quality of the solution through configuration and deployment plan reviews, as well as conducting post-implementation reviews to ensure the solution is working as expected. Represent the team and collaborate with internal technology and change teams in prioritizing important projects, assessing requirements, estimating resource efforts and capturing the benefits (i.e. cost savings and revenues) post the completion of each project Ensure projects meet the client's deadlines and any contractual Service-Level-Agreements based on defined performance metrics. Prepare and present service delivery reports showing managed service change project statistics to both top management and external clients. Provide final escalation support to the most critical production-related reconciliation issues, especially issues that concern top-tier clients and/or issues that have been outstanding for months without resolution. Provide training and mentorship to junior members of the Managed Services and Client Experience Service Delivery Reconciliation department.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related field and six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation: designing, developing and implementing reconciliation systems; working with Standard Query Language (SQL) Database scripting and management with Microsoft SQL Server; Gathering and analyzing reconciliation business requirements, and translating them into technical innovative solutions; issuing resolutions and investigations through reconciliations data and business logic analysis to arrive at the root causes of issues; and managing and delivering reconciliation automation projects end-to-end through agile or conventional waterfall methodologies. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree in the above listed fields and four (4) years of experience in the above listed skills.
