Description

Core Responsibilities:



  • Assisting the HR team with basic HR functions, such as recruiting, onboarding
  • Working directly with Human Resources on various assignments and special projects
  • Conducting new hire orientations
  • HR records and file maintenance
  • Responsible for HR metrics and reporting
  • Maintenance of new hires and terminations in general systems
  • Performs other duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, challenging environment
  • Ability to schedule and organize time and tasks effectively
  • Experience with MS Office preferred


Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university as a rising junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree
