What you'll do:

As the newest Optometrist on the team, you'll work a full-time schedule, including rotating Saturdays. Week one will run Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Week two will run Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. A typical day will include comprehensive eye exams, managing ocular conditions, and contributing to specialty services with a focus on CRT/OrthoK. With access to state-of-the-art equipment, you'll deliver high-quality, patient-centered care as part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team.

Who we're seeking:

You're a skilled and compassionate professional who is driven to deliver excellent patient care and practice efficiency. You have a passion for lifelong learning, a collaborative spirit, and a desire to practice optometry to the fullest. A candidate with prior clinical experience and an interest in CRT/OrthoK would be a valuable addition to the team, but new graduates are also encouraged to apply. Key qualifications include strong time management, leadership, and organizational abilities, as well as a solid business aptitude and the capacity to provide exceptional patient service.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Optometry degree (O.D.) with a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure.
  • One to three years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of optometric technology and practices. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • CRT Certified is preferred but not necessary.
