Field Integration Engineer Location: Field-based across Kentucky Employment Type: Contract (Long-Term Engagement) Company: TEKsystems Overview: TEKsystems is seeking a Field Integration Engineer to support wireless infrastructure projects focused on LTE and 5G deployments. This role is centered around Ericsson equipment, and involves hands-on field work at cell sites across Kentucky. If you have experience commissioning and integrating Ericsson systems and enjoy working independently in the field, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: * Install, commission, and integrate Ericsson cellular network equipment * Configure base station transceivers, antennas, and associated hardware * Conduct site preparation, equipment testing, and troubleshooting * Collaborate with remote teams to ensure successful site activation * Ensure compliance with network performance standards and documentation Required Skills & Experience: * Strong hands-on experience with Ericsson LTE/5G equipment * Proven background in cell site integration and commissioning * Familiarity with RF systems and network testing tools * Ability to work independently at remote field locations * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Work Environment: * Field-based role at cell sites across Kentucky * Outdoor work in various weather conditions * Travel required to multiple tower locations Why Join Us: * Be part of a long-term wireless infrastructure initiative * Work with cutting-edge Ericsson technology * Make a direct impact on network expansion and performance * Join a team that values independence, expertise, and field excellence Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
