Description We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Architect/Developer to support a major consolidation initiative. This role will focus on managing all technical aspects of ServiceNow integrations with external applications, ensuring seamless connectivity and scalable data management. Project Context: -The overall consolidation project is managed by multiple PMs and divided into process areas (Incident, Change, Request, etc.) -All ServiceNow integrations are centralized into one workstream for focused delivery Key Responsibilities: -Lead and manage ServiceNow integrations, including API configurations, Integration Hub spokes, and Store add-ons -Collaborate within a dedicated integration workstream alongside a PM and external system stakeholders -Support the management and integrity of foundational data in ServiceNow (e.g., companies, users, groups, locations) -Ensure external applications are properly connected to ServiceNow, enabling clean and scalable data entry Skills Development, Servicenow, Design, Process improvement, Service design, integration, application development, javascript, itsm, CMDB, Agile methodology, Scrum methodology Top Skills Details Development,Servicenow,Design,Process improvement,Service design,integration,application development Additional Skills & Qualifications Required Qualifications: -5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, with a focus on integrations and architecture -Strong in regulated industries and large enterprise environments -Familiarity with operational risk, compliance processes, and enterprise-level governance -Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, project-driven environment Experience Level Expert Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $86.00 - $100.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
