Key Responsibilities * Client Engagement: Conduct initial consultations, gather financial documentation, and assess eligibility for tax relief programs. * Ongoing Support: Serve as the primary point of contact, providing timely updates and empathetic guidance throughout the resolution process. * Team Collaboration: Partner with legal and tax professionals to develop strategic case plans and submit documentation to the IRS and state agencies. * Case Management: Monitor case progress, ensure timely follow-ups, and maintain accurate records in case management systems. Qualifications * Experience: 2+ years in case management, tax resolution, or a related client service role. (preferred) * Skills: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational and time management abilities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software * Customer service mindset with attention to detail Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $44373.00 - $47840.00/yr. PTO, Sick pay, benefits- including health and dental Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Costa Mesa,CA.
