If you are located within a commutable distance to Redlands, Ontario and San Bernardino, CA, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Conducts needs assessments, establishes priorities, designs, implements, and evaluates basic health education programs, protocols, & standards
  • Meet with current and potential employer groups to promote wellness services and determine potential interest
  • Develop and design comprehensive employer wellness programs to meet clients' needs and budget
  • Organize and implement comprehensive health education and preventative programs to external customers, including voluntary organizations, charitable concerns, and senior groups and key business accounts
  • Effectively evaluate all programs and meet with clients to demonstrate effectiveness
  • Effectively manage all clients needs providing premium customer service
  • Deliver consistent high-level wellness offerings to community organizations
  • Provides direct group or one on one-health education services to members and the public. Reviews, develops, and recommends high quality, culturally appropriate written and audiovisual health education materials
  • Consults with physicians and staff regarding related health education services. Coordinates health information projects such as program catalogs, newsletter, informational displays and community health events
  • Prepares reports, grants, proposals, and documentation as assigned. Participates in establishing department strategic goals and priorities. Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:



  • A bachelor's degree in public health, Nutrition, or Dietetics or closely related field
  • 1+ years of experience in developing and marketing wellness programs to external clients
  • Lives within a commutable distance to Redlands, CA
  • Driver's License and access to a reliable transportation


Preferred Qualification:



  • Masters degree in Public Health, Nutrition, or Dietetics

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $28.27 to $50.48 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
