Client Billing department is seeking a dynamic Analyst to join our team of revenue experts. Our department specializes in three key areas: Billing, Reporting, and Cash Applications, and is responsible for calculating, invoicing, and collecting separate account revenue across all entities.

As an Analyst on the Reporting team, you will have the unique opportunity to:

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Process high volume New Accounts, Amendments, and Terminations of low to medium complexity for AUM Reporting and Billing by interpreting legal documents, setting up fee parameters, and validating daily transitions

  • Action requests and resolve inquiries from internal and external clients (both written and verbal) with urgency

  • Investigate discrepancies across various systems to ensure data integrity; Coordinate with colleagues in Legal, Account Management, Finance and other parties globally to resolve issues promptly and efficiently

  • Prepare and deliver detailed daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, providing insights that drive informed decision-making

  • Participate in automation projects and process improvements, collaborating with adjacent PIMCO teams and identifying potential risks

  • Leverage team guidance to resolve issues promptly and efficiently

Position Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, English, or Law

  • Minimum of 2 years of corporate experience, preferable at a global firm

  • Possess intellectual curiosity and strong analytical and critical thinking skills, including the ability to effectively problem-solve and resourcefully research

  • Apply a strong sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and demanding environment, balancing numerous priorities, and challenging deadlines

  • Strong written, verbal communication and reading comprehension skills with the ability to engage professionally and succinctly with all levels across the firm

  • Works with a strong sense of accountability, integrity, and ownership

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook

PIMCO follows a total compensation approach when rewarding employees which includes a base salary and a discretionary bonus. Base salary is the fixed component of compensation that is determined by core job responsibilities, relevant experience, internal level, and market factors. The discretionary bonus is used to award performance and therefore is determined by company, business, team, and individual performance.
Hourly Rate Range: $ 31.25 - $ 33.65
