PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT ON ITS BEING AWARDED TO THE CONTRACT. HIRING AND FILLING THE POSITION MAY NOT HAPPEN UNTIL A LATER DATE, IF AT ALL. THIS POSITION IS ON-SITE ONLY AT FORT HUACHUCA, AZ. THERE IS NO OPPORTUNITY FOR REMOTE WORK. Job Summary: Provide support to occupy the Visitor Control desk. Regular hours will be between Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm. This is a 9/80 work schedule allowing for every other Friday off. Punctuality and regular attendance are required. Must exhibit flexibility of work hours and workdays to adjust to surge situations based on critical mission requirements. The employee must always demonstrate professional behavior when dealing with customers, management and co-workers. Must have clear, concise and accurate communications skills in English, both verbal and written. Grooming and dress must be appropriate for the position and must not impose a safety risk to employees or others. Employee must maintain a positive work atmosphere by welcoming all personnel and communicating in a professional manner. Independent personal transportation to office or work site is required Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Able to obtain and maintain proper minimal security clearance from DoD Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require filing, typing, and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, included but not limited to, bending, reaching, turning, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner InDyne is a full-service military, civilian and commercial operations company.
