Now Hiring: 2nd & 3rd Shift Quality Assurance Technicians Location: Sussex, WI Company: Pregis LLC Shifts Available: 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday \| 2:45 PM - 11:00 PM 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday \| 10:45 PM - 7:00 AM At Pregis, we're committed to protecting what matters - for our customers, our employees, and the environment. We are currently seeking Quality Assurance Technicians to join our growing 2nd and 3rd shift teams in support of our commitment to product excellence and continuous improvement. General Scope of the Role The Quality Assurance Technician plays a key role in driving process improvements, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards, and supporting essential QA functions such as internal audits, document control, complaint handling, and non-conforming material transactions. This role works closely with the Quality Manager to maintain and improve our quality management systems. Key Responsibilities Perform evaluations and audits to ensure conformance with quality standards and ISO 9001 Document findings in databases, spreadsheets, or formal reports Investigate and process non-conforming material and customer complaints Conduct testing and inspections, including returned goods analysis Maintain accurate calibration records and ensure gage accuracy Mentor and support team members with quality processes on the production floor Write and revise controlled documents and procedures Perform other job-related duties and project work as assigned Education & Experience Experience or formal education in a related technical or manufacturing field Strong preference for candidates with: Quality Assurance experience Six Sigma or Statistical Analysis knowledge Experience with ISO 9001:2015 QMS Key Competencies Strong problem-solving and analytical skills High attention to detail and organizational ability Excellent communication and collaboration skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP Ability to manage multiple priorities and a sense of urgency Why Join Pregis?
