What to Expect As aQuality Technician, you will be a vital part of our team, maintaininghigh-quality processes and procedures to ensure optimal manufacturing. What You'll Do Work closely with manufacturing to establish processes and procedures to ensure consistently high quality and analyze and interpret data independently to anticipate potential problems and take preventative action Utilizeproduct quality plans and control plans, maintain quality performance metrics, and drive issues to root cause solutions Work with Manufacturing Engineering tohave a process that meets the product specification and tolerance and audit the manufacturing line against released manufacturing processes and procedures and process and implement Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) as required Assist in the identification and resolution ofincoming material and manufacturingquality issues, contain parts or products as needed, sort parts for quality requirements, and analyze and disposition component and product defects as a member of the Material Review Board Participate in continuous improvement activities with manufacturing and take part in an ongoing optimization of the products concerning both cost and production technology Work with Supply Quality Engineering and Suppliers tomaintain adherence tospecifications that support production requirements Support FMEA activities to identify design and manufacturing issues and mitigate risks. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
