Summary:

The Customer Service - Logistics Coordinator will promote world-class customer service / supply chain excellence by owning accurate order execution and inventory management through the Carrollton Plant and Trident supply chain and by providing solution-oriented communication with inside plant and outside plant partners. The CSLC is primarily responsible for managing key customer orders and fulfillment (Burger King, Costco, others). This individual will work closely with the Carrollton production, planning, and shipping teams, and Trident IBP, customer service, sales, T&W teams to ensure inventory is available to fill and deliver orders to customers on time. Additionally, the CSLS will support Supply Chain Logistics, Production Planning, Purchasing, Finished Goods Inventory Management at the Carrollton site. As an SAP / EWM expert at Carrollton, this role will support business processes to provide a high level of customer service and execution. The CS-LC will also gain proficiency in Carrollton purchasing and production planning functions and act as backup / support for those roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for executing end-to-end customer order monitoring / management of Carrollton products for customers from receipt through delivery to customer warehouses ensuring the highest level of customer service
  • Monitor and support movement of products to assigned warehouses ensuring right products on order, accurate pricing to ensure on-time delivery to the customer
  • Identify, resolve, and communicate order-level / inventory, and production related issues including, but not limited to, product fulfilment, on-time delivery, customer pick-ups, allocations, and quality holds using available system tools and established processes by leveraging all available technology and tools
  • Provide information, support, and assistance to Carrollton Plant Team, Customer Service, IBP, as needed; confirms adequate inventory is available and reviews / advises on deployment of inventories / stock transfers
  • Enter STOs to outside storage locations based on IBP planning or warehouse facility needs.
  • Review, assist, ensure STO, PGI, production reporting, other critical plant and customer related SAP functions are executed. Lead with SAP problem resolution.
  • Lead inventory reconciliation activity for plant
  • Support Carrollton Operations as EWM functional expert
  • Function as a key member of Carrollton customer service, shipping-transportation, production planning, purchasing team.
  • Due to the ever-changing environment of Trident Seafoods and its customers, responsibilities may change due to business needs and are not limited to this job.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Grow knowledge of SAP/EWM to support service, inventory management, business process improvement
  • Become functional expert for Carrollton team in SAP/EWM/S4
  • Provide training to internal teams on specific areas in SAP Supply Chain Inventory Management and Logistics, IBP as needed.
  • Acquire knowledge of Trident's Environmental and Safety Policies by completing required training programs and performing designated work activities in accordance with training and procedures/work instructions.
  • Notify designated personnel of any environmental or safety incidents or risks not previously documented, in accordance with Environmental Awareness and/or safety trainings.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in order management, inventory replenishment, and supply chain
  • Previous experience using ERP system
  • Knowledge of full cycle customer service from order to invoice.
  • Exceptional computer skills with proficiency in MS Office programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in an SAP environment
  • Understands how to use shared drives, folders and PDFs
  • Problem-solving, issue resolution, influencing and prioritization skills
  • Experience in the seafood industry.
