Job Overview:
- The Program Management Advisor will serve as a strategic partner to Security Technology Systems leadership, driving the successful execution of complex, global security initiatives. This role leads cross-functional programs that strengthen the organization's security posture, ensuring alignment with enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. The Advisor is responsible for program governance, stakeholder engagement, and the delivery of high-impact security solutions. Success in this role requires expertise in program management methodologies, strong analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate across technical and business domains. Familiarity with security technologies and frameworks is highly desirable.
Essential Functions:
- Provides technical expertise and support for planning, developing, organizing & coordinating large programs/projects.
- Researches, evaluates and recommends new technologies, methodologies, processes and products to achieve major innovative improvements.
- Provides appropriate specifications for and coordination of programs that cross department/division lines.
- Manages compliance with departmental SOX and vendor risk management controls; work effectively with FedEx, Finance/Safety/HR/Operations departments, vendors, actuaries, auditors, brokers, insurance carriers, etc.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Work/Domicile Location(s):
- This position will be hybrid in Collierville, Tennessee and candidates must live within a 50 mile radius. This position is hybrid, meaning that employees will be required to work at a FedEx Campus location several times per week.

Minimum Education:
- Bachelor's degree/equivalent in business, computer science, accounting/finance, MIS or directly related discipline.
Minimum Experience:
- Seven (7) years related experience in project/program management, product development, systems design/development or business/financial planning and analysis.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Experience in the use of project management/planning software. Experience in planning major projects including development of project proposals, business cases, schedules and financial justification.
