The primary responsibilities include conducting initial Agile team assessments, recommending and assisting in implementing Agile team structures, and providing coaching, mentoring, and support to Scrum Masters. The role also involves providing training in Agile principles and practices, guiding teams and stakeholders in defining vision, goals, and objectives, and working on complex problems with creative and resourceful solutions

Essential Functions

About the Role -

  • Responsible for providing training and coaching to other Agile coaches, and promoting Agile ways of working through Agile, SAFe, and LEAN principles
  • Educates employees at all levels, including other Agile coaches, core product roles, and leaders, to equip them with the necessary skills for a successful organization-wide culture of value delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Develops and delivers workshops and sessions, as well as providing direct coaching support to teach valuable continuous improvement and Agile skills
  • Prior experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) and associated certification highly desired
  • Familiarity with other Scaled Agile frameworks such as LeSS and/or Scrum at Scale desired
  • Enterprise Portfolio Management experience is a plus
  • Experience with Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and associated coaching/workshops desired
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Domicile Information

This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.

Minimum Education

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business required. Related experience may offset degree requirements and related education/degree may offset experience requirements.

Minimum Experience

Seven (7) years of industry or business/technology support experience, including five (5) years of demonstrated experience providing coaching and training for Agile teams and leaders, particularly in advanced Agile concepts.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $96,087 - $172,957/year
