POSITION OVERVIEW: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Assist manager in scheduling and assigning duties, including but not limited to, trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, restroom cleaning and stocking restroom and break room consumables Assist manager to ensure all employees have appropriate tools, supplies and skills to effectively carry out their duties Assist manager in monitoring equipment use and maintenance to ensure all equipment is in safe, clean and proper working condition Clean and disinfect restrooms, stockrooms and break rooms Clean all areas of the General Office facilities, including but not limited to, private offices, department work spaces, halls, entry ways and out buildings Operate various floor equipment in order to maintain all floor surfaces Track usage of and inventory of supplies; order supplies and disperse among supply areas Mentor, develop and cross-train employees in their performance of housekeeping functions, as directed Lead scheduled mid-shifts in absence of manager Maintain communication on a daily basis with manager and assist with data analysis, planning, forecasting and scheduling Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures Perform other duties as required Disclaimer: This job description is general in nature and is not designed to contain or to be interpreted as a comprehensive inventory of all duties, responsibilities and qualifications required of employees assigned to the job.
