Description
Job purpose Lead and train other technicians while performing assigned jobs. Promote good attitudes and aesthetics that are represented of WPI. Job planning with Regional Field Service Manager for correct parts, tools, and equipment. Daily communication to customer of progress or any special circumstances that has delayed job in completing in the set time. Promote safe work practices and insure that JSA and all HSE requirements for job are followed. Fill out detailed daily service tickets reports, review with customer and have signed daily. Keep your Regional Field Service Manager/Leaderman informed to job progression daily. Tag and turn in all warranty, or core part items for processing immediately upon completion of job, to include all unit information (i.e. serial #, location, customer, engine hours, etc.).
