YOUR OPPORTUNITY We have an exciting Food Safety (FS) Pre-Requisite Program (PRP) Specialist opportunity in our Guymon processing facility. In this highly impactful role, you will be a key member of the food safety and quality assurance team that monitors the quality and food safety in a processing facility harvesting over 21,000 animals per day. The FS PRP Specialist will monitor and audit the essential practices and conditions required for the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) plan. Additionally, this position performs daily audits to ensure the Company's pre-requisite programs serve as the foundation for effective food safety management and are executed to ensure safe food production.
