Position Summary: The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of Henderson's digital marketing efforts, helping to maintain a strong brand presence across social media, email, and website platforms. They work closely with the marketing team to support content creation, email marketing, SEO, social media, and analytics efforts. This position includes a focus on learning within a collaborative, fast-paced team.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Assists in implementing digital campaigns across social media, email, and website platforms.
  • Helps manage and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posts.
  • Coordinates with content creators and designers to support the development and publishing of blogs, graphics, and website updates.
  • Contributes ideas for content themes, campaigns, and engagement strategies.
  • Helps ensure brand standards are met across all digital materials
  • Drafts and schedules social media content across multiple platforms using Sprout Social or similar tools.
  • Monitors and responds to engagement, flagging notable interactions or issues to the team.
  • Assists in preparing training materials or resources for employee social media participation.
  • Helps administer the employee advocacy tool, including user support and content curation.
  • Supports reporting and analysis of social media, email, and website performance using GA4, Conductor, and other tools.
  • Helps gather competitive research, tracks campaign performance, and contributes to quarterly performance summaries.
  • Assists in researching SEO keywords and website best practices to support optimization efforts.
  • May research and implement software to streamline web workflows for technical concerns, SEO, and trend forecasting.
  • Stays up to date with the latest digital communication trends, tools, and best practices.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field required. 3 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, communications, or a related role preferred.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
  • Exposure to Google Analytics or other reporting tools preferred.
  • Understanding of SEO and digital trends preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
  • Adept learner with the ability to understand brand voice and standards and accurately produce work.
  • Creative, solutions-driven teammate with high digital marketing acumen.
  • Must demonstrate proficiency in core competencies as described and characterized in this job description
