The Opportunity Adobe's GTM Strategy & Execution team is Strategy & Operations to enhance the Go-To-Market strategy for the Adobe Field Sales Teams. This role plays a crucial part in improving the effectiveness of the field sales team.
- The perfect candidate should possess strong strategic thinking skills, be adept at finding solutions to problems, and have extensive experience in managing operations. They should also be capable of leading a global, cross-functional team efficiently. This person must have a proven ability to influence and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
- In addition, the candidate will be able to collaborate with field sales people at the AE and VP levels to promote alignment, foster change, and ensure accountability.
What you'll Do
- Lead the Go To Market Strategy for the DX and DME teams. Collaborate with cross-functional team to determine the necessary steps to complete the strategy.
- Uncover potential motions to drive business impact at scale
- Collaborate with Sales Operations, Enablement, and Ecosystem to implement strategy alongside field sales.
- Define the FY'25 field sales expectations including execution strategy, accountability loop, and cadence
- Drive repeatable measurement reporting to measure business impact of programs and field sales motions from Account Executive to Vice President
What you'll need to Succeed:
- 1+ years in operations, strategy, or sales operations in the technology sector
- 2-3 years of management experience
- Proven success operating within an agile yet matrixed business and leading complex projects to fruition in a fast-paced culture
- Excellent communicator in written and verbal form with strong interpersonal skills
- Experience managing multiple streams of work concurrently while applying excellent collaborator management and influencing skills across teams and departments.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $131,700 -- $267,600 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
