The Opportunity

We have an outstanding and pivotal position available at Adobe for a global Director of Revenue Systems & Reporting in our Revenue Accounting Operations Group. The role will collaborate closely with business unit marketing teams and upstream route to market leaders, transforming and scaling our revenue solutions.

What you'll do

  • Govern efficient revenue systems and outcomes that are in continual alignment with what Adobe sells and how they sell it

  • Preserve our outstanding single-day quarterly revenue close outcome

  • Lead projects with a strategic approach, informing design with technical accounting mentorship

  • Grow reliance on AI and automated test methods to reduce time to market

  • Maintain a strong leadership network, navigate the organization to drive action, build accountability, and generate fast results

  • Distill large objectives down to executable, structured projects and provide the roadmap for tangible business results

  • Exercise creativity and find ways to glean insights inherent in revenue data to serve the finance community

  • Analyze performance data, identify trends, collaborate with senior leaders and teams, and continually streamline operations

What you'll need to succeed

  • Over 10 years experience in revenue assurance and quote to cash operations, focusing on detailed solutions and ASC606 knowledge.

  • Demonstrated success defining and implementing new strategy and transformation

  • Consistent track record of delivering results with large-scale, cross-functional projects that may run simultaneously

  • Leadership experience in change management, motivating teams, and driving action

  • Proven strong EQ, positive energy, and negotiating priorities

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $144,000 -- $273,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
