What You'll Do
|
Summary/Objective: The Content Delivery Specialist is responsible for the development, testing, design assistance, management, implementation, and publication of content across various digital channels, including email, web, text, and more. This role plays a crucial part in the launch of all email and digital projects by coordinating email templates, building web pages, and creating other digital assets that require content authoring, testing, and optimization. The goal is to enhance the email member experience across all digital platforms. Essential Functions:
- Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Create and execute engaging and effective email campaigns, web pages, and other digital content for various audiences and channels.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of all digital content by performing thorough testing and monitoring across different browsers, devices, and platforms.
- Design, build, and execute automated workflows within Adobe Campaign and Adobe Journey Optimizer to deliver personalized and targeted content across various channels.
- Monitor and optimize workflow performance to improve campaign effectiveness and member engagement.
- Use Adobe Experience Manager and other content management systems to update and maintain website content, landing pages, and digital enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, email service providers, digital agencies, and product managers to coordinate campaign needs, approvals, and deployments.
- Support rapid response member communications by creating and delivering timely and relevant content for email, text, and web channels.
- Design and implement new processes and systems to improve the online experience and optimize digital content performance.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed successfully, on time, and within budget.
- Communicate effectively and persuasively with internal and external stakeholders, including marketing executives, vendors, and partners.
- Manage ticket requests using Jira's management tools and adhere to best practices for email and digital content creation.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Managers(s).
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in email and digital marketing.

What You'll Need
|
Education and Experience Requirements:
- 1-3 years combined experience in email marketing, marketing automation or digital marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising, web, mass communication or another applicable field or equivalent
- Extensive knowledge of responsive HTML5 and CSS email development.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD), Litmus, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and macOS operating system.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud (including Adobe Campaign and Adobe Journey Optimizer), SendGrid, WhatCounts, or comparable enterprise marketing automation systems.
- Understand email accessibility writing code to meet ADA's requirements.
- Knowledge and understanding of Jira or comparable enterprise cloud job management platform.
- Strong interest in the latest technology, industry trends, and best practices for digital marketing.
