What You'll Do

Summary/Objective:
- Architect and implement Automation and Orchestration supporting Infrastructure catalog On-prem and in the Cloud.
- Work with the IT organization and Vendors to develop requirements for projects related to automation.
- Implement pipelines that support Provisioning and Servicing of Systems appropriate to operational requirements
- Automate maintenance of lower environments
- Assist with stitching monitoring and alerting tools together to form an application centric Centralized monitor of the Ecosystem that will expedite root cause analysis and allow forecasting
- Build reporting mechanisms that provide transparency to State of Solutions for IT and business stakeholders
- Create Self-Service automation to empower users
- Document and develop automation as an inherit focus of the Systems catalog
- Automate operations tasks driven by alerting or scheduled functions

- Assist in planning, design and execution related to automation.
- Track defects through the entire defect lifecycle and works with business owners to triage bugs and manage the bug backlog.
- Performs a variety of testing including functional testing, regressing testing, load testing and user acceptance testing both manually and automated tools.
- Report the status of testing results and quality assurance plans.
- Adherence to policies, procedures and documentation standards.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Manager(s).
