10-week summer experience that includes working on real and impactful projects, enterprise technologies, and close interaction with Senior Leaders.

IS THIS YOU?

Minimum Qualifications:

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, MIS, Software Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline

• Grad date of December 2026 or May 2027

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong leadership skills, business understanding and technical expertise

• Communication skills, strategic & analytical thinking aptitudes, and the ability to collaborate with global teams

• Top talent who can turn innovative ideas into solutions that will differentiate our business in the marketplace

The hourly rate for this position is $32.31/hour. General Mills strives to provide fair and competitive pay that reflects your skills, experience, and academic background. The pay for this role considers many factors, including, but not limited to, your degree program, major, and year in school.
