About the Role
Strategic Vision & Execution:
Develop and execute a forward-looking, data-driven talent acquisition innovation and operations strategy aligned with business objectives, leveraging AI and automation to create scalable and agile recruitment solutions.
Technology & Innovation:
Lead the evaluation, selection, and integration of next-generation recruiting platforms, digital/AI tools, and Workday solutions to optimize the full talent acquisition lifecycle. Partner with IT to ensure seamless technology adoption and maximize ROI on TA technology investments.
Process Excellence and Enablement:
Redesign and standardize recruitment workflows for efficiency, scalability, and compliance across geographies. Identify and implement process automation and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce time-to-fill and elevate hiring manager and candidate satisfaction Partner closely with a serve as a key advocate for TA stakeholders, ensuring their voices are heard and needs addressed throughout transformation initiatives.
Change Leadership:
Lead the adoption of new technologies and processes by the global TA organization, developing structured training and communication strategies that empower recruiters and hiring managers to maximize effectiveness and efficiency - enabling scale while also ensuring we can meet local needs. Foster an environment of curiosity, experimentation, and continuous improvement, ensuring that the TA team is prepared for and enthusiastic about change.
Stakeholder Engagement and Candidate Experience:
Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader to the talent acquisition leadership team, HR, business leaders, and executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration across the enterprise. Champion the voice of candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters in all process and technology changes. Design and implement best-in-class candidate experience strategies, with a focus on personalization, transparency, and engagement at every touchpoint.
Data-Driven Insights and Market Intelligence:
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to measure and communicate the impact of TA operations. Leverage advanced analytics and AI to enhance sourcing strategies, forecasting, and talent pipeline management. Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition and HR operations. Bring external insights to shape our strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, human resources, digital HR, people analytics, and/or related leadership roles, with a proven record of operational transformation and technology implementation. Demonstrated expertise in AI/ML, recruitment software, HRIS (preferably Workday), and automation platforms. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and business outcomes. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; adept at influencing and inspiring change at all levels. Experience leading global, matrixed teams and driving enterprise-wide change.

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations.
For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $171,500 - $318,500.
This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
