Our client is looking for a Planning Coordinator to bring in-person experiences to life! This is a full-time assignment (40 hours/week) for approximately 4 months, on-site in Los Angeles, CA.
REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years of proven success planning and executing multiple high-volume events, ideally in a corporate or professional setting - Experience with Google Suite (specifically Google Sheets) and Airtable RESPONSIBILITIES: - Managing logistics, records, and communications with precision, even in dynamic or ambiguous environments - Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working across internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders - Passionate about crafting meaningful, seamless experiences for participants, with a focus on delight and personalization - Demonstrate good judgment, multitasking ability, and the capacity to manage time and priorities independently - Resourceful with the ability to develop innovative solutions while maintaining focus on high-quality outcomes The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $55-$65 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
